If it's a sphere, use 4/3 pi r^3.

If it's an ellipsoid with different diameters, use 4/3 pi abc. Where a, b, and c are the "radii" in the different directions or half the diameters.

It depends on the shape of the balloon. A spherical balloon would have a volume:

(4/3)pi r^3
