Which smartphone has the best battery power?

I am trying to figure out which smartphone has the best battery power for listening to music or watching videos. I know none of them will compare with a zune or ipod video, but I am curious which ones are decent. I had a Hitachi G1000, and the battery wouldn't even last a day. Now I have a Nokia 6682, which is nice, but I think I want a Windows phone because I really enjoyed the idea of it. I would prefer to get one that is smaller than the G1000, but pretty much every phone is, and I also want something I can get off ebay used or new for less than $275. Any suggestions?
