When you call to ask, be polite. Something like: Did you receive my order? or maybe Have you recently received an order request from my account? would surfice nicely.

Wait a week and rend send the message via emailing their costumer service department.

If you have to do either step again then their hiding something and you should call The Better Business Beauru or Federal Trade Commission, call to your local office and give them your story. 9 out of 10 times it works.
