It's rumored that former TNA star Monty Brown is making his debut tonight on ECW. I'm surprised because I thought they might put Monty on Smackdown to feud with Batista.

I've never been a big Monty Brown fan, but was curious to know what other people think of him and do you think he will be successful in WWE?

His ECW debut was good. That's the first time I've ever really liked him. He seems to have really improved in the ring and on the microphone.

The mans got charisma, I will give him that, but little more... As far as in-ring work, he leaves a lot to be desired. Besides the Pounce, hes got nothing for the most part. If he gets the in-ring part down and he stays committed, then yes, he will be successful. But if he isn't and slacks like he did in TNA, then no he won't. Heres to anyone bringing up the quality of ECW.

Well he's certainly got the physique to become a superstar, its just a matter of how WWE uses him. I think he would do great at the MVP gimmick but now that that's out of the question I'd like to see him with the old Booker T gimmick. As for putting him in ECW i think it might be a good move since the only other top heel is Test and ECW is SERIOUSLY lacking in talent.

I never knew him from TNA, but I've seen him in the New England Patriots (in '96). He's tough, ECW is the place for him. If they don't have him feud with Lashley, than they should bring back either the ECW World Television Championship, of the F.T.W. Title, and have him fight for that.

in ecw you goota be tough but maybe monty brown is a little old and maybe wants to chill so basically ecw will be a challenge only if monty has enough strenght to hold it back ecw's roster is pretty tough

i think of interior the long-term Monty will do greater helpful faraway from the WWE. that they had no longer something for him and if he comes to a decision to circulate to TNA he will have the lighter artwork schedule and he would be waiting to spend greater time with the youngsters
