life itself.... "We are often higher when we stoop than when we soar." it was either Wordsworth or Twain who said that, but i can't remember. You've just gotta live with it, and enjoy the ride. "Life can only be understood backwards, but must be lived forwards." no idea about this one.....

for me, i guess, a peaceful moment.... like when you're out hiking, and the light is perfect, filtering golden through green leaves, the day is warm but not too hot, and there's a breeze but no wind, and you come to the top of a rise, and you're on a cliff, watching a cascade tumble a hundred feet down to where you started.... but you don't feel a sense of accomplishment, like the climbing caterpillars... you just feel RIGHT, like this moment is perfect and you're completely one with everything around you, and this is where you BELONG, right now. and you feel like if you jumped you would fly.... like your chest is a golden balloon, and each breath is swelling your happiness, and you'll just burst, but you don't, and it buoys you up until your feet leave the ground, and you look down and laugh... moments like that are the best part of life for me, i guess.

You know what is the best part in life is knowing that you love yourself and when you have your family and friends around you when your having fun and know that your cared for by many people that love you. You know whats even better when you share it with a special person that you love and adore.

There are certain moments that may be called as " moments of truth" when you get this load of emotions coming up to you. It has happended to me whem i'm looking at a great landscape and i breath the fresh air, i feel so alive. It's great! Also when i'm having a great time with my family.
The best part of life is apprectiatining it and living it at its fullest...it's so fragile...
