At the present, you need to learn Russian, because the only "tourist" flights are through the Russians. You also need 6 months or so to devote to training in the Russian space center. You also need to pass the medical exams, which are similar to those required for a military pilot.

You can put yourself on MySpace for free, but it will eat up all of your free time.
It's like bad TV; something just keeps you glued, even though you know you need to turn it off.
