the way they're ranting over this paki chick, I assume its the UK. Damn, thank goodness!

There are probably more in the UK because India was a British protectorate.
That said, Paki is an offensive term and shouldn't be used.

I would say more in U.K., There's alot in London. Besides India was a British Colony so I imagine alot of them feel more comfortable moving there.
