Why can't Indians perform in India, when they score good abroad?

There is a brain drain from India for Jobs etc. Why cant Indians perform in India.?

FIRST OF ALL THEY DO NOT GET OPPORTUNITY TO WORK IN INDIA. NOW IN THESE DAYS MNC AND PRIVATE SECTOR HAS PROVIDED THE OPPORTUNITY IN INDIA AND THEY ARE DOING BEST.

The question is based on a wrong hypothesis. The fact is ... Indians can and do perform even in India, but some like to perform elsewhere to earn more respect and more money.

indians cannot perform india but sore good in abroad
!)THE SALARY :indian job's are paid less compared to that of developed countries by which people dont have an willingness to perform well ans hence fly abroad
2)corruption :corruption inevery field has made people not perform well every department there is corruption and a person and easily earn more money sometimes more than his salary . this makes a person not perform his job well

Indians are the best performers any one can get. Indians can easily mold themselves to the environment, unlike any westerners. And Indians are very hard workers , so they are offered better facilities, these lures are causing the brain drain India. there are many reasons academical and also political, i will post them after the second post........

Indians perform anywhere and everywhere. They need an environment where they can excell. If they get them in India or overseas they tend to do well and prove themselves.

To do well you need various things in place...

There has to be scope.
Professional world should be free of Politics.
Corruption has to lessen.
Academics need to be improved.
There should be "Get paid as you Work" policy.
The basic Economics has to be improved..

India has to change its picture.
