This is an interesting question. I feel like if my man did any of those things I'd be mad and accuse him of cheating (except maybe dinner). But thinking about ME doing them? That might change my answer, you know? Definitely sex, probably kissing. Love with no action? No. 'Cause I have that. :)

It's only cheating if we are married and one of us seeks to do anything at all that is supposed to be exclusive to our spouse.
If we aren't married, and I engage in a wild sex orgy with your two sisters....not cheating. If we are married and I kiss or hug another girl in an affectionate manner....that's cheating.
Monogamy is something we engage in specifically so that we can have a stable family environment and raise children. If you are my wife, I owe it to you. It's my duty as your husband. If you are just my girlfriend I definitely do not owe this to you and it is nobody's business but my own what I do and with whom.

would you be okay with your partner knowing what going on? If the answer is no, then it's cheating- whatever it may be. There really isn't a 'line' to draw.

Kissing is cheating, dinner is not if it's totally innocent & platonic & no feelings are involved.

If my husband waves at another woman, he's cheating...not forreal. Telephone chat, computer chat, cybersex, phone sex, oral sex, intercourse and lusting in the mind are all cheating in my book. I'm a hardass when it comes to my marriage, I want to keep my husband all to myself, he's MINE!
