For example, there are millions of men from around the globe that take trips to Thailand just for the purpose of having sex with hot Asian women. Is this wrong when infact prostitution is legal in Thailand, the men and the women are willing participants, and the women are being paid just like any normal transaction. In a lot of cases these women are very poor and need the money so its kind of a win win situation, the man gets to live out his Asian fantasy and the Asian women get paid.
Also does it make a difference if a man does this and is single or married?

Of course it's wrong. It's treating human beings like French wine: you go to consume the product and then you dispose of it. Sex is not wine--it's a sacred, intimate bond between man and wife. Prostitution is a direct offense to that idea.
It doesn't matter if you're married or single--it's immoral either way. But it's even worse for a married man since it's adultery.

they go to Thailand because of the abundance of underage brothels, they can have all the cheap sex with with little girls that they want and dont have to worry about going to jail or getting caught on tv

Most of those sick men are having hot sex with babies.Read up on it.Men who have sex with children should be shot in the crotch.

Yes its wrong because many of these girls are underage and the men going there are pediphiles, in addition to that prostitution spreads diseases and these women are forced into prostitution either by their families, pimps, or by poverty.
