Most of the Netherlands lies beneath sea level. The Netherlands are actually one big river delta. To say more, there are no mountains at all in the Netherlands, unless you want to be so broad minded to call the highest point in Zuid-Limburg (a bit more than 110 metres above sea level) a mountain.

There are no real mountains in the Netherlands. In Dutch, "heuvel" means "hill", and "bergen" means "mountains". There are some hilly areas starting around Nijmegen and stretching to the south of the country, and I think the Dutch themselves may call them "bergen", but they are really just hills, the highest being around 100 meters or so above sea level.
