what type of dress should i wear to my semi-formals?

u sound like me, but im a little curvier. well i would skick with knee length dresses with a cute design like polka dots. try some fun colors not black or white they are way to formall. wear teal, that will make your eyes pop!

Try a black dress with ruffles (pouch ruffles) that go from the center of the dress in the mid region to the sides. Then, since you have green/blue eyes, try some faux sapphire or emerald jewelry. If you like low cut, a nice choker would work.

You should go with more natural colors like browns and greens, since you're tall you should go for the more longer dresses.

If your hair is blonde then and you have blueish-green eyes, then I would go with:

1. Blue dress

2. Is about floor length but not too flowing (no train)

the little black dress. i do not think it too formal and it will make you look interesting. for warm weather, bright white. or if you feel sultry, red with black underwear.
you decide which length is right for you, but as a southern gentleman, i prefer not-too-revealing. who wants everyone seeing their lady's goodies. spark interest but don't give it up for everyone!
as for design, light and airy, however you percieve this.

A light color will help with being skinny....Black and navy make you look smaller. By all means......shin lenght or longer. Have fun.
