I have dark brown hair w/ natural dark (and i mean VERY dark) red lowlights, dark brown eyes, and olivey/beigy skin. I want to know what colors would look best on me and make my eyes sparkle and bring out all my best features. Any suggestions or experience in this area?? Need as many answers as I can get!!

Sultry and dark colors. Stay far away from pastel and too light colors, like baby pink, sky blue...

I think white can be a great color for your skin tone. I will refresh your dark face looking, and it's THE color of the spring-summer '07 ! Bu it's still winter, so try a victorian style, with bust details.

Black is the traditionnal color. It's fit with every kind of tone, and it's always a good choice, you can't be wrong with black ! But add some big accessories, like red necklaces, sliver earings...

Grey can create a stylish look, a bit sporty. With some skinny jeans, ballerinas, you will look so hot ! With the second hoody, try something like that with runnings shoes, white maybe. I saw this look on Jessica Alba : Skinny, runnings and grey hoody. It's was cool !

For a summer, peasant look, patterned skirts are perfect ! But don't try the pattern on your top, especially if they are bigs. You seems to have some "flash" look, so it will be cuter if you don't patterned your tops ! =

This is what I'd do in a situation like this. I'd do a trial and error experiment. Wear the particular colors that YOU like, and see how many compliments you get in each outfit.

The reason why I suggest this, is because it worked for me. I am brown (as you can see from the pic), and alot of people told me that I look really good and "happy" in the color red. Also, I wear gray colorblend contacts, so gray outfits worked well too. And plus, it always feel good to get a compliment, it boosts your self-esteem.

Just make sure you dont mixed too many shades of a color, and don't wear too many colors at once, unless that's just the way the outfit is made. And in that case, you want to chose one color to accent.

Good luck!

What colors were you wearing that people said you look really good? Pay attention to that. Look at yourself in the mirror and try to figure out why they compliment you. Does the color of the ______ bring out the color in your eyes? Does it compliment your skin color? In what light were you wearing it? Light matters so much! Natural light is quite different to indoor light. Does the shirt, scarf, whatever make you look like it is a frame for your face? Because that is what you want. You want to look in the mirror everyday and see what a beautiful person you are. Go for it, girl!

Try the rainbow :)

I love all of the colors. I have similar characteristics, and people say the following looks good on me: pink, red, violet, blues (all shades - especially electric blue), saffron/rust, lemon yellow, golden yellow, chocolate brown, green (olive, emerald, forest, sage), white/cream, of course the classic black..and believe it or not.. grey!
just experiment, i did..and i fell in love with the rainbow.

Anything, Asians have perfect skin so they can wear anything they want. I am not even Asian, I am just jealous of your skin lol. Red would look great.

Jewel tones...such as emerald green, sapphire blue, and ruby red will suit you since you've got a "richer" skin tone.
