naveiah(nuv-ay-uh) ~ no good. they'll hate that they ALWAYS will have to spell it to whoever they're talking to no matter what!! It'll drive 'em nuts!! I hate having to spell my last name, and the kids I've taught who have 'strange' names get sick of it being missed pronounced and asked how to spell.

I would never name a baby anything that people don't know how to pronounce. That would eliminate any name you have to give pronouncing instructions for: Kai, Mukai, Naveiah etc. I was stuck with a goofy name that nobody knows how to pronounce (and nobody can tell if its a boy or a girl so I get letters saying "Dear Sir,") and it has been a pain in the neck my whole life.

I don't really like any of the girl names, if this is a MUST CHOOSE ONE question, I would go with either Destiny or Emory. You should try Courtney, it's an elegant and sophisticated name! As far as the boys, I like Kai and Aden.
