now he is sending IMs to differents accounts and harrassing so what should we do?

if you wanna get serious about it, download Ethereal. its a free awesome packet sniffer. run it while they send you im's. you will see all info about his comp. even ip adress and so on. then report it.
oh, if you want email me with the guys name...sounds familiar to me i know alot of annoying teens that think they are hackrs but just flood people with junk

Just block him from all the accounts. You can't really act on a threat to hack, unless they do it.
