I have a fish tank and my beautiful oranda has something in his upper find. My silver dollar fish has the same problem in the upper find. How you cure that condition? The fins looks white and tear and there is some blood near the tear area.

Not every disease a fish gets is called ich, some people should really look something up once in a while.

Anyway, sounds like fin/tail rot. It can be caused by a few things like bad water or a bacteria so first find the cause so you can fix that or the fin rot will just keep coming back.

It is called fin rot. The best way to treat is by heating the tank to 85 degrees for tropical fish like your silver dollar and 80 degrees for coldwater fish like your goldfish. Then add 1 tbs table salt or aquarium salt per gallon of tank water until the fins are healed.

bloody looking fins come from not enough oxygen in the water -- fins don't actually bleed usually. it sounds like it might be fin rot which should improve if you clean the tank and replace the water. you can also try a fish antiseptic like melafix or a fish antibiotic like maracyn-2.

ick is a disease that looks like little white spots on your fish. if it looks like little white spots then get ick medicine.

it helps to keep a sick fish tank warm -- like 78-80 degrees.

I would say probably fin rot. Caused by a fungus. Go get some fungus clear tablets and use as directed. Should clear them up. Also, wouldn't hurt to treat your water with a conditioner also.
