The same thing happened to me. I went back with my receipt and they gave me the difference in what I paid and the 70% off.
You could try that!

The sign said it was up to 70% off. They don't usually cross it out on the tag, do u know how long that would take? They just put it in a section and put up a big sign saying the reduced price.

the 70% represents the total taken off the original price, not how much extra youre getting off the clearance price. lots of stores trick you like that

Maybe they meant "UP TO" 70% off. People believe that something is 70% off but its actually up to. It could be 10% or 20 % and customers dont get this concept. Or maybe there was a problem wit the register.

if i were you, I would take the item back and show them the receipt. tell the cashier that the reduction was not taken off and I guess it is up to them whether they believe you or not. If they refuse to give you the discount, I would just return the item, unless you thought it was worth the amount that you bought it for. Hope everything turns out for the best.Good Luck

then complain to the manager or someting.

i hate aero, their clothes are cheap and it doesn't flatter anyone's body, except for skinny (very skinny) models or fat people. you should stick with A&F and hollister, much better, it's worth the price.
