I don't understand your question, but I firmly believe that we need to respect the human rights of those of other nationalities, even those who are enemies to us. This means everyone should have the right to a fair and timely trial, be detained if and only if guilt can be substantiated, should not be discriminated against due to race, sex, religion, or ethnicity and should be treated in a manner that preserves ones body, mind, and dignity. Treating people with this type of respect may seem like we're applying constitutionally secured rights to foreigners, but this is simply because the Constitution is largely a doctrine of human rights.
