Id go with a gstring cuz mens thongs are thick in the back and are made of swim suit material so if you can find a mens gstring you're in there like swim wear

Victorias secret has the most comfortable thongs! there on sale rite now and there 5 for $25. i'm wearing one rite now!

all thongs basically feel the same... something up your butt, but you get use to it n it makes u feel sexy. but the thinner the strap in the middle is, the less you'll feel it so that would be more comfy.

the seemless ones are very comfy, and don't get the ones with tons of sparkles because the sparkles tend to come of and they irritate, lastly if you have sensitive skin don't get one with too much lace.

Whatever turns you on. only wear it backwards. I suspect you already figured that one out. but why go the additional expense, just take an old jockstrap and wear that instead.

To me none are comfy, if you want to wear women's panties then wear a nice nylon hi-cut or granny panty.
