Well, to be honest I don't know if this is true.

I've had very few dealings with black women and did not really go around measuring those I did. Its kind of rude to do so for a start. Also, there is so much variation among even people of the same "race", its really hard to make too many generalizations.

Obviously, there is a genetic factor and a nutrition factor involved here, assuming your generalization is in fact true.
