Not really, his super metabolism burns up poisons like alcohol too quickly for him to be affected by them. The only exception to this is when he has been affected first by Kryptonite. If it takes his invulnerability away, or splits him into a good and evil Superman or a Superman and non-super Clark, then alcohol could affect him. (They used that gag in one of the Superman movies, the third one, I think, with that comedian guy, Richard Pryor.)

I do not believe if his powers are at full strength, he would feel any effects of Alcohol. Since Alcohol is a Poison, and at full Power Superman is impervious to Poison and Damage, he would not be affected.

If he was under the influence of Green Kryptonite, Red Sun, or any Magic that reduced his powers or the Alcohol itself was Magic or Green Kryptonite, then he could get drunk.

no even his blood is invulnerable just as the rest of his body which is why you can't intoxicate or poison. besides he is a hero and heros don't get drunk....
