It means that he spent many mornings crying (the person he's talking about), with his tears falling on the grass.

"Augmenting the fresh morning’s dew" means increasing the dew, the wetness, found on the grass.

I guess he's referring to Romeo crying every morning and adding (augmenting) to the dew that's formed in the early morning. Dew is moisture that develops overnight on things like grass...so it looks like droplets. My guess is that Montague is saying that Romeo's tears are all mixed up with the dew because he cries all night.

I think this is from the beginning of the play when Romeo is in love with Rosaline. Lord Montague is referring to Romeo saying that he has seem him in a mourning or sorrowful state many times over his love life. Romeo believes that it is non existant. His family bascially thinks that he is an aimless wanderer because he is so quick to fall in love all of the time

Hope this helps

It's an appeal to be given total freedom from the bonds of regretable action and its consequenses. An all out assault upon the irrevocable direction that we must ensue coupled with the blasphemy that ensnares our soul and havocs us to our very core. It's a plea for amnhesty on the level of majestic proportion. It is insanity met with insane expectations Expectations that disolve like dust in the wind. It is the total sum of all regret reduced to the lowest possible denominater. Thus the repetition for such a forlorn endeavor.
