NO! And, I thought I was a little too concerned about a petty issue. You Rock! I just snapped today at Verizon because I still have the 2004 phone book from when I moved in. I call them two times a year every year begging for a new one and they take the order, promise to send it, then I never get it!

Actually surprised as I was to find out It is in alight condition. My son has drawn on the cover a little bit and the back cover is a little torn but in good condition. So for having 2 kids I am surprised to find out its in alright shape

I just had to replace mine. I got the small one that can go in your car. They last longer for some reason.
