The weegee (Ouija) Board is a knock off of a Spirit board. The original board was built as far back as 240 CE. As it was a good contact device when made from oak and other woods with natural paints.
I have watched them fly across rooms and instead of using the pointer the letters numbers or yes no answers would glow. I have watched one in particular tell it's owner(12 yo) to kill martin. Who ever martin was. I salted one once and the salt crystals burned small dots in the board. yes they can be possessed or controlled by spirits.
if you believe it has powers it can be used by a spirit for contact. If you believe it's a toy then you get to push the pointer. It is all in your belief. Most generally the spirit you contact is evil. Because evil seeks an easy path. You seldom reach good spirits.

The Ouija Board is not a toy ....
It is said that each Oujia Board has it's own spirit attached
I have had experiences with it and a couple of the stories would curl your hair.

Let's put it this way I don't allow them in my home.

It is actually called a Ouija Board - They pronounce it like weegee board.
If you're uncomfortable with using this device, don't play with it.

Don't play with the ouija board. It really does open a portal and invites spirits into our dimention. Don't play with it. And if you burn it and there is already spirits crossed over here, they won'tbe able to get back to where they belong.

I was going to ignore answering this question, but your lack of standard spelling, grammar and punctuation makes me want to answer--probably not an answer you were looking for, but it is difficult to tell by how you wrote.

If English is your first language, I really recommend you go to the nearest bookstore and pick up, "Eats, Shoots, and Leaves", by Lynne Truss, and learn for yourself how funny and enjoyable learning grammar and punctuation be. It might help you in the future.

If English is not your first language, then this book will also be of help to you.

If you don't care about spelling, punctuation and grammar, then there is nothing that will help you.

The word is 'ouija', and it comes from the French word for 'yes', which is 'oui', and from the German word for 'yes', which is 'ja'--which has become corrupted in English to the sound 'gee'.

When you break out a ouija board, you are opening a portal. You have no control over what/who responds to the invitation.
I suggest you burn the damn thing.
I won't have one around me.
