it's way easy to add on...
like adding on skin, adding on make up, adding on facial hair, adding on weight in the right places...
to make someone look younger, usually all you can do is make up, shave and a haircut.. you cant take skin or fat off someone like that.

It's because it's very, very difficulty to take age off someone. Scientists have been trying for years but there is no way to take wrinkles, middle-age bulges and just the general signs of aging from a person. It is easy to age someone because all that's needed is to give them an older style of clothing and add on make-up.
