There are services that send e-mail for you, or mail to their safelists. I am looking for a mail list company that post "my" e-mail information to their mail list. One that is honest, (post to someone other than me), I should not have to be on the mailing list to have my e-mail forwarded.

The basic purpose of the mailer is to get information to their mailing list. That is the stated reason I agreed to pay a fee. I know I get mail I do not know if anyone else get my ad.

It sounds to me like you're looking for an "honest" spam shop. To me, that sounds like a contradiction in terms.
Rather than spamming people and being a net negative to society, how about making a contribution?
