Assuming by "reports" you mean "forecasts" and not "observations"...

Try http://www.weather.gov. That is the main page for the National Weather Service.

On the left-hand side, you'll see a box where you can enter a city and state. Once you do that, you'll be transferred to a page specific to the city in question. You'll see a detailed 7-day forecast with text and icons. You'll also see images of the current radar and satellite. Once there, you can bookmark it, and it will be refreshed with the current weather each time you visit.

If you want more details, there's also an image on that page that represents a gridded forecast (with each point on the grid representing a 5-kilometer area). Click on that image, and you can see the forecast change over an area, not just a single city. This gives you a much more comprehensive picture of the forecast (e.g., you can see the cold air moving in behind a front, see the clouds rolling in, etc.)

I recommend http://weather.unisys.com/ This is an excellent point of departure and will provide you with the surface chart updated throughout the day, a source for all of NOAA's official numerical weather prediction model outputs, radar, etc.

I use weather.com. Just enter your area code and you can get the current conditions up to a 10 day forecast.
As far as being accurate this site is a better source than our local news who is rarely right.

That depends entirely on where you are. In Australia, use the Bureau of Meteorology website at http://www.bom.gov.au
