I hurt my wristin gymnastics. I don't know what to do to make it stop hurting. Should I buy a brace, and what kind? Or should I wrap it? Allsuggestions appriciated!

ice it for about 20-30 minutes. Do your best to make sure it doesnt swell. Afterwards, wrap it and then mayb think about getting a brace if it gets bad. If its serious pain and its swelling rapidly, it could b broken...

first off..try aleve before your next meet. If this isnt enough, then try a sports brace for your wrist or tape it. This should give you enough support but still give you the movement you need to perform.
