Some believe "everything" is temporal'; what was yesterday is no more and tomorrow does not exist!
There is only the now!
Time does not exist, it is.
A philosophy ages old, say hello to a friend of past for until the moment you have met he was not, and by the same token, to grasp him "now" for he shall surely leave you once more.
If once more you meet, he nor you will be the same as when you last met so enjoy each others company while it "exist".
It is only man who thinks in terms of everlasting knowing his self will cease to be, while the rest of universe has no thoughts, no beginning nor no end.

things are only temporary in the mind of man. In the mind of God, everything is eternal, but it may change forms throughout its existence. That is due to God having infinite intelligence and infinite knowledge of all things past and future. Before the universe began, God knew that you would take physical form at some point and knew every detail of that form. that knowledge counts as existing.

Preface: It's all relative to what specifically you are addressing.

1. 'Change is constant'.

2. Is an amputation of a limb temporary — no. You won't get that exact same limb back. It's pretty final.

Everything material is temporary. Everything spiritual is eternal. This includes the soul, which is non-material, unmade, and indestructible. The soul does not die when the body dies.

More importantly, and very pertinent to the question, is anything permanent? Anything at all?

There are very few true constants in the world that I would consider invulnerable to eventual or possible change.

Yes, everything on earth is temporary, except perhaps for human nature, which never seems to evolve.
