I need advice on what kind of wrist guard I should get.
My wrist has started hurting a lot over the past 5-6 weeks. I do sleep on my side, and I think I cut off the circulation to my arm. I also work at a computer all day, so I am not sure if it is carpel tunnel symdrome. But I have rheumathoid arthritis too. So I am not sure which of these actually caused this, probably all, but I really feel like my wrist needs support. What should I get for it?

I have a bad case of corporal tunnel and I had to get the braces too. I wear em at night to keep my arms & hands from going numb. I bought safeTwrist. The T is gold, the rest of the letters are white. Don't buy the ones that have a long arm section to it, just about where your watch is, is about right & can get them about anywhere. Not that much 12-20 bucks for 1, but you get years out of them. Hope this helps you.
