When I am bored I look for something interesting to do.
I read a book, call a friend, go to the movies, cook something
delicious, go to the Mall to do window shopping, enter in YR
Answers or take a nap.

bypass for a walk or a hike, experience your motorbike. connect a health club. Volunteer on your community. bypass to a care center. Ask who by no ability seems to get a lot organisation. Then "undertake" them as one of those grandparent. visit them. communicate over with them. Do favors for them. Push them of their wheelchair. Write letters for them. study to them. Take images of them. Make a scrapbook. provide them playing cards and small presents for particular activities.
