Confidence, motivation, a nice strong walk. For a woman the walk should include swaying hips, for a guy he should be standing tall and looking straight ahead when he walks (not down).
A nice laugh, and the ability to laugh freely. Someone who doesn't have to try to be sexy, they just are.

A good soul, compassion, honesty, sincerity, humility, the ability to express your emotions openly and without shame, the ability to hold intelligent conversation, a positive attitude, self confidence, self respect and showing respect for others, good hygiene, and physical attractiveness never hurts either
