Ap Chem, Ap Bio is all about memorization. Chem is calculations and formulas.

Yeah. AP Chem. I got high A's all throughout Pre-AP Chemistry. And now Im just below an A (89). Theres a LOT of calculating and such, but very little memorization to do. The funny thing is though, you still have to understand the concept, because if you don't, than you dont know which way to calculate what or when! However, I still thing its the funnest course I've ever taken (I plan to major in Chem Eng), and would recommend it if you don't mind taking the punch in your grades. We recently took a practice test in my AP Chem class, and if the real test is anything like that, than the exam will be a complete joke come May. But not all teachers are the same. Try talking to both of the teachers and talking to students of those teachers. The more a teacher likes to cram in about each chapter, the better you will do on the exam. Trust me.

Chem is pretty hard, do not take it unless you are good at math as well. Expect to do a lot of calculations. Bio is a lot of memorization, but overall, not too difficult.
