Being that i've seen my wife give birth to both of my children i would like to know, if it is Hollywood how exactly did they convince me to even think it was real, what are the special effects?

No, the actress was not really pregnant in real life and it was just special effects and make-up to show her bump and eventual birth of her screen infant. I'm actually not surprised that you were so convinced at the scene as it's apparently meant to be one of the most realistically portrayed attempts to show someone giving birth used in a film so far.

She's acting in a MOVIE. Of course, it's 'just Hollywood'! Movies are made up of 'actors' who are 'acting' like characters that are 'made-up or real'. She did NOT really give birth and why would she? She's Acting! She's an Actress!

She was not really pregnant.

Think about it, they didn't film the moce in a mtter of days and real pregnant women grow every day.

The movie took months to film and if she were really pregnant, then she would have grown and given birth.

I haven't seen the movie, but...... it's a MOVIE, with ACTORS, not a documentary. I think that should answer your question.
