What would our world be like today if industrialization never happened?

Any ides will help a LOT to get my mind flowing... there isn't a wrong answer.

Go to a 3rd world country. Then throw out their few conveniences. Enjoy your life style. If fossil fuels run out expect the same. Expect civil unrest as the economy spirals down.

Well, we would probably not live in caves, dressed in animal skins, but then we would also not have computers for you to ask this question. That should get your mind in gear.

We would be less industrialized.
