I entered this college with a 3.2. Now my gpa is 2.4. The reason I did not get a better grade is because I was in the ER with a verified med problem. But MN law says she doesn't have to give a test late. Remember when we gave the teachers a valentine? I honor my teachers but some take advantage of the law as a reason to "not teach"; or to be evil to a person with a headache.

grading in college in a lot harder than in high school, the same with community college compared to a university. being an a-b student in high school doesn't guarantee a-b grades in college. as for your professor, there's nothing you can do. so, if your college offers this, do a grade replacement, or just move on.

I am in college. If I saw a student give a teacher a valentine, I would have them killed.

Why would you give something to your teacher if they are being completely ridiculous about something very important to your life? If you MUST give them something, make him/her a card. Personalize it and don't spend any money on it

Oh Krissi why do you feel compelled to give someone an insincere gift? Don't you think they will see through your token gesture?
