media plug in?

where can i download the plug-in for nba.com so i can watch their videos? i need it for firefox and flock browsers. thanks to anyone who can help.

I use firefox myself and just visited nba.com and as I looked it uses windows media player so probably you just need to upgrade to firefox 2.0.0.1 and also the media player to the latest available that assuming you're using windows and not apple.
