nope...people would have scoffed at it. On disney it had only kids watching it so in the public eye of people watching it, it was amazing.
If it had been on the big screen, the adults would have said,
"What is this CRAP?"

Yes! The movie is great. They should put High School Musical 2 on the big screen. They will make big bucks!

They had no idea the original would be so big, so it simply wouldn't have had the option. But, I do think they would make a killing if they released the sequel in theaters. Give them a bigger budget and go for it!

never, i think tht is the worst movie ever. it only made it big because of the kids that dont know any better. please a musical is so much better then that crap.
