Yes I think so. I usually change the spelling to make it look more feminine Riley to Rylie Ryan to Ryann.

Both can be girls names. I've seen Ryan spelt Ryanne but pronounced the same, keeps teachers from looking for a boy. Riley I don't like so much, but I know 3 Ryan girls and think the world of all of them.

Yes both these names can be girls but i would spell them like for Riley spell it Rylee and for Ryan spell it Rian just gives it a litle girlie touch but ive seen both used with spellyin Rylee and Ryan so go ahead whatever you want!!!

Maybe Riley, not sure on Ryan though. How about Reesa (can also be spelled Risa)? I know some girls with that name and everyone comments on how pretty it is.
