All these have been toys made from films or tv shows, but I don't think that really answers your question.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (although they looked like tortoises to me, no flippers);
Thunderbirds (should never have got off the drawing board);
He Man and the Masters of the Universe;
Thundercats.

power rangers x-man all of those are toys and the movie toy story because characters in those TV shows where made into toys then they where made into movies
