Well, you're more likely to find Cardcaptor Sakura than Cardcaptors, seeing as the dub is lambasted and all......
I know there are a few episodes you could watch on Youtube, or you could download them with BitTorrent. However, I have yet to find a torrent that is Cardcaptors, not Cardcaptor Sakura.

A friend of mine gets episodes of Card Captor Sakura in fansubbed form from a place in sysreset. If you know and have sysreset and is interested to get them that way. Email me back.

I would try limewire if that don't work go to the shows website they should give some downloads
