Don't listen to these guys. All medication reacts diffrently in diffrent people. Men or women. But don't even consider it without your dr's approval. If there is any question in your dr's mind trust them. There maybe another alternative. A natural one. It is allways best to check that first. Your dr if good should also know of alternate methods.
Also keep in mind that I am guessing you are trying to please an older women. older women are a lot more sexually active then younger, but they can be pleased by one erection, it is the foreplay that can make it forfilling. There are many ways to please a women.
And exercise is a very good form of increasing a mans sexual desire

My own experience with cialis
It lasts for 1 climax
To get to one climax last about 2x longer than normal

Cialis has no effect on your "recovery time" between erections.
