You can get used midgets from the set of lord of the rings,they are reasonably priced and come with their own miniature cutlery and bedding,if you go brand new they may cost a fortune and are not previously house trained :)

i'm sure there a plenty of escort places or services that specialize in midget or little people services. i'm not sure you can buy one permanently unless you live in a third world country and then kidnap one from the u.s. so these places would only be a temporary fix until you broker a slave trader. satisfied?
