For greater success and achievement is life - It is always harmful to be always under the influence of some one. It is the low quality of living.
It is understood that if we are under the negative influence of some one then our downfall is guaranteed (if not immediately , but ultimately it will happen)
The other side is that we can appreciate the good qualities and good acts of some one and we can even take inspiration from them or we can learn many good things from them ... but even then - 'getting inspired' and 'becoming influenced' are two different feelings - when we are influenced then there are chances that even some negative factors may also creep into us

It can be good or bad, examples: Your friend tells you to try out for the track team, you do and you love it and later become the captain. Another friend tells you to try drugs, and you do and you become addicted and later get arrested. One friend has a good influence and the other a bad influence.

Always bad. Definitely bad. We all influence one another, yet to be under the influence of another is bad. Definitely bad. We all need to decide for ourselves.

Depends on the quality of the influence. However, good or bad, it is best to obtain information and use your own brain.

Means you aren't thinking for yourself. You should never be under someone's influence, always use your own brain, since you are accountable for your actions. You never want to say "Tim made me do it" or "I smoked it because Lisa smoked it."
You gotta answer for you....

It means you believe a lot in that person, and you allow him /her maybe to tell you what to do, or what to say, but you never finish to know the people. Can be good, but much better is to learn to discern by yourself, sometimes is better to makes mistakes in order to be yourself. Is better you learn to be more assertive.

To be "wrapped 'round someone's finger", I guess...
It can be both.
But it depends on oneself to determine what (influence) is more beneficial to you.
