St-Pierre (Cluny III) is in Cluny itself. There was a Cluniac priory in Moissac, but it was not called "St-Pierre".

My book on Moissac says a man named Roger was the builder of the new domed church at Moissac starting 1115 - perhaps this is what you were looking for? Unfortunately, the book (The Sculptures of Moissac, by Meyer Schapiro, 1985) doesn't give me much more information and the footnotes point me to a collection of academic papers on Romanesque Sculpture that I don't have.

Durand of Bredon may have laided the original ground plan, and a man named Anquetil was responsible for the cloister.

I hope this helps some.
