It could be soooo many things, be more specific. Go get a couple of opinions from garages, it will cheaper then throwing parts at it.

Depends on what it is. Could be anything from the battery, solenoid, or starter....in those cases, it won't be horribly expensive. However, if your engine is really blown...a new engine will cost your thousands. Not to mention the labor.

It's 24 years old. Sell it as is, and you will have no cost to fix it. In fact you might make a little money.
