Is it possible to trust a liberal to keep America safe?

of course you can. Liberals will use the military to keep America safe. They won't invent wars that spread our military thin.

Not really, they are just as American as anyone else but they believe that all play by the same rules and thus tend to talk or extent the olive branch which make our country appear to be weak to some in the world.

One great reality jumps right out at me. Look what Iran did to Jimmy Carter because he wanted to talk and trust the Iranians. They held the Americans hostage for over a year.

The minute that Ronald Reagan was elected to the office of President and through diplomatic channels that he would no longer talk but would would use military action to get the Americans back the hostages were released.

I wish the liberal individuals would just wave the might of the United States, keep the United States military built up for any eventuality. When they see that talking is not getting the desired results then use the might of the United States.

I am a conservative after many long years as a liberal, but there are only so many times you can stand back and get the Hell slapped out of you without doing some slapping yourself and really mean it.

Never trust a politician no matter what party they belong to !

Nothing is going to keep America safe again I'm afraid. The damage caused by your Govt of the day is irreparable - sorry!

Bear in mind though, no matter what you think of your Government, they were only following instructions from the real people who actually run your country - the hidden mandarins/civil servants and the media.

Liberal or Conservative, all politicians, it seems have an interest in selling the United States out. Take Chris Cannon, R-UT-3. Of 435 congressional districts, this is the #1 conservative district in the country. Period. Yet Cannon's eagerly peddling his "AgJobs" legislation that will sell us out.

I'm pretty much with truth seeker and opuleeze on this one. Wasn't the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil during the first year of President Bush's administration? Y'know, the conservative who had all warnings of a potential attack in New York and DC with jets, but was so hung up on Iraq that he ignored the signals?

Of course, don't you know that everyone in the world is "NICE", and wouldn't dare use any force what so ever, to gain land, or wealth, or both, it's NEVER happened before, and when did we have a "LIBERAL" president ? and It's usually a DEM in the house when war breaks out (not that it matters).
