Rare but possible. If she crushed a few vertebrae and they punctured or, even worse, severed your spinal cord, you would be paralyzed. I have no idea of your age, however as women age, their bones can become porous and develop osteoporosis, or spongy bones. This causes them to weaken and break easier.

I would try a Chiropractor. They are trained for just that. Good Luck to you.

Um I don't think that is a good idea. But she won't paralyze you, but it's best if she knows what she is doing though.Unless she is jumping but there is another way to crack backs. Have her put her arms around you then her hands are cuffed on your spine and lift you up. I heard that helps to crack backs but a massage is much better. ;)

Not unless she jumps on your back. I wouldn't recommend this method of cracking your back although if you are going to do it, make sure she walks very slowly and holds onto a chair or something so her whole weight isn't pressed up against your back.

Yes, if she pinches a nerve you could become crippled. I would suggest you lay down while she takes her elbows and massages your back. This helps my mom, I hope it works for you.

yes, this could happen. she now weighs more than you do so it could be unsafe for her to continue. have her try a back massage.

As long as she isn't jumping up and down on you, you should be safe. ::))
