The process begins with dating. At some point a couple will decide to share sex with each other. Society decides a lot of the rules but together the couple makes the final decision. It may be after they are married or after they decide to marry or when they choose. Waiting does not harm or make things worse.
This begins when they are not so young that may can hurt their adult selves. Young people need to look out for their grownup selves because sex too early can mess up their grown up lives pretty bad. There can be trust issues that can make it hard to be happy with a partner later in life.
After they decide that there is trust and they want to be with each other, they chose a method of birth control. This should be the both parties job to make sure it is done correctly. If they want a baby they don't have to do anything, babies will come from unprotected sex.
A condom can prevent pregnancy and may protect you from diseases. Sex is not dirty but disease likes the area because it is moist and the disease can evade the bodies defenses in the spaces. It is better to choose partners that are close to your own age.
After preparation the couple will start to become intimate and undress. There is an period of time know as foreplay where touching and kissing takes place. This preparation helps get things flowing so the sperm have someplace to swim and find that egg to make the baby.
At this time the women is ready to admit the male into her body. The two become rhythmic in their movements and after some time the man will complete his deposit of sperm and will not be able to continue. The sex is ended at this time.

The world is not like it was 100 years ago. Most people have sex before marrige. A lot just have one night stands. If you really are a virgin still,then that reall is something not everyone can say. Be proud.

I don't fully understand the question. Are you asking how each of us individually has sex, or are you asking for insrtuctions? If you're asking for the latter, there are actually illustrated manuals of the various positions. If you're asking how I have sex, baby, you just don't wanna to know!
