Make sure there is enough space for the clothing and damp air to circulate. If your dryer doesn't have a timed "wrinkle reduce" setting, then you need to be sure to remove them as soon as they are dry, or even a little before they are completely dry, and hang up while warm and maybe slightly damp.
Having too many clothes in the dryer makes it take longer, and causes wrinkles.
If you are at a laundromat, using two dryers instead of one may help, and probably won't cost more, since they will be done sooner.

Always shake out clothes before putting into dryer. If they go in waded up, then they may not untumble. Do not leave in the dryer once finished. Hang or fold immediately.
If wrinkled dry, then you can throw into the dryer a few minutes with a clean wet cup towel. Or use a water spray bottle to spritz the garment first before the drying. Should only take about five minutes, give or take

The dryer should remove the wrinkles. You need to pull them out right away. If you forget, then turn the dryer on again for about 10-15 mins, and then pull them out and fold/hang right away! Also, use a dryer sheet to prevent static!

Do you mean after they have already dried and you didn't get them out? In that case, just turn on the dryer again and maybe put a damp cloth to help get the wrinkles out.

Buy fabric softener that comes in a roll of squares. Tear off one and put it in dryer with clothes.
